Martensite stainless steel belt MS1650 is made of precipitated, quenched, martensitic stainless steel, and this class has high strength, hardness and corrosion resistance. After heat treatment, the mechanical properties of the products will be more perfect and reach up to 200 mpa compressive strength.This class steel belt can be used at high or low temperature environment(450 ° c) . It has excellent corrosion resistance to the atmosphere and to dilute acids or salts,the same corrosion resistance as steel 304 and 430.

As the maximum standard sheet available is 1550 mm wide, for the wider, its has to be longitude welded by two belts of 1500mm/1200mm width, another belt material need to be counted as cost plus, longitude welding/grinding cause extra labor cost. All this extra costs combine leads to a big price gap between width blow and above 1550mm.
